Carrying Boston condo digital sales manually
Boston condo for sale transactions have significantly changed in the last ten years, incorporating digital methods of completion. Previously, we utilized handwritten agreements and physically sent them through fax for real estate transactions. Nowadays, the process is simplified with digital contracts and remote signatures.
On occasion, it is necessary to provide the proposal in person to the vendors. We handed it over to them and expounded upon it while we stepped outside to our vehicles and lingered until they had finished considering.
I no longer long for all the paperwork that needed to be duplicated, transmitted, and organized before. Retaining digital files makes it much simpler to maintain and monitor. I no longer have to waste time going from person to person to get signatures and initials.
I yearn for the days when I could have an up-close and personal discussion with my customers as I walk them through the contract clause-by-clause and make sure they understood every aspect of it. Unfortunately, now I have to rush through it and can’t even always do it face-to-face. Electronic agreements accelerate the process.
There are still those who do not rely on modern technologies, such as email and cell phones. Thus, we must revert to manual procedures when handling business with them. Documentation is completed on paper, digitized and sent via email.
Boston condos for sale and the bottom line
Boston real estate agents should always be prepared to serve customers both manually and digitally, in order to help those with physical impairments, such as those who have a visual impairment or are completely blind.
