Boston ranks 2nd in top cities for business

In its study of metro areas top 10 business cities in 2008, MarketWatch ranks Boston second best city for business,Twin Cities was ranked number one. The rankings are based on result-oriented  data from various government agencies, financial organizations and government agencies, according to MarketWatch. Quality of life criteria is excluded
