Thoughts before the Boston condo for sale spring market
For the past few weeks, demand for Boston condos for sale is finally climbing after many months in a slump. It is difficult to determine whether this is seasonally expected strength, or if demand is actually more robust from the past few months.
But, for now, it’s exciting to see that demand for Boston condo for sale is strong, regardless of the reason.
One metric, I measure is traffic on my Boston real estate website. Based on Google Analytics my real estate website is up by 20% in the last few weeks.
Another positive metric, such as pending sales, look healthy as well in that they’re right on pace with seasonal trends.
On the negative side, supply of Boston condos for sale is still low, and interest rates are high and may even go higher in 2025.
