Boston condo market thoughts for February 2023
The Boston condo for sale market seems to be percolating, what it felt like in the second half of 2022 – buyers weren’t interested. It looks like they are starting to come around now though for the real estate sales market, which I think will continue to improve as we approach the Spring market.
In reference to the apartment rental market, it seem to be in par with previous winter months.
