Back Bay condo broker reputations deserved on not?
Back Bay brokers has the reputation of being the country club members of the Boston real estate sales market.
As this joke will attest, that I first heard when I started in my Boston condo career.
A psychiatrist, and also Boston condo buyer asked some seasoned Boston condo brokers, “Hypothetically, if you found a scorpion in your tent, what would you do?”
Leather District condo broker said, “Stomp on it.”
Boston Fenway condo broker said, “kick it out of the tent.”
Back Bay condo broker said, “I’d call the concierge and asked why I had a tent in my room.“
