I know, I know, I’ve been talking appraisals perhaps more than you’d like, but what can we say? It’s what’s in the news. The Biden Administration is looking at the appraisal industry hard right now has HUD looking into ways to aggressively curb any appraisal discrimination. What’s going to happen, or what does this mean, I honestly don’t know, but the video below is on the charge to find out. What’s more, is the Administration is looking to find ways to bring affordable housing back to some areas (good luck with the downtown Boston real estate market).
