The first closings included condos sold for $955,000 (unit #606) and $855,000 (unit #802). Both appear to be two bed, two bath units, around 1200 – 1300 square feet.
I must say, I am surprised (and impressed) that this project was completed on-time (actually, ahead of schedule?). Just a year ago, there was barely anything going on.
To come: a big new restaurant on the first floor.
And, down the street, work continues on The Bryant, which looks better and better, each day. Three or four bedroom units, $1.5 million and up … I think there’s a lot of pent-up demand for homes this spacious.
There’s a broker’s open house at 285 Columbus this Thursday, 12 – 1:30, btw.
