Here are some thoughts on some of the smallest Boston condos (least expensive) that sold in 2017.
Here’s something you don’t see every day: A cute, well-kept Boston Downtown condo that sold in 2017 for $300,000.
But don’t let the $300,000 sale price fool you. At 175 square feet, this itty-bitty condo is nowhere near as cheap as it is small, with a price tag per sq. ft of $1,480.00 – Its a steep price for a condo the size of a college dorm.
Below is a list of the smallest Boston condos that sold in 2017, ranging from studios to two bedrooms:
290 Commonwealth Avenue #8 — The smallest condos that sold in the city last year, this condo measured in at 175 square feet. Sold for $300,000.
One bedroom category:
230 Beacon Street #1– This Back Bay one bedroom measure in at 275 Square feet, even by Back Bay standards this is very small. Simply put, you don’t want to invite too many friends over to watch the Super Bowl game.
And for for the two bedroom category:
91 West Cedar Street in Beacon Hill. This two bedroom measure in at 475 sq ft (small by even a 1 bedroom standard). This condo sold for $475,000.
