Boston Marathon registration begins!

Alas, my time of 3:59:59:59 does not qualify me to run, next year.
Online registration for the 113th Boston Marathon, scheduled for April 20, 2009, will begin at 9:00 a.m. eastern time on Wednesday, September 3.

Boston-based pre-Broadway tryouts canceled

Two high-profile musicals have been nixed from the fall Boston theater schedule.
Brigadoon was scheduled to move into the Colonial theater during a pre-Broadway tryout (remember those?). It has been “postponed”, according to the producers because of “the lack of an appropriate Broadway theatre in spring 2009.”

Couple things.
* Heard a rumor that 45 Province ‘topped off’ today; that’s why you see a US flag on it;
* Traffic on my site jumped by 20% today - a late, late Spring market, perhaps;
