You would think (hope?) that the real estate slowdown would be to your benefit, if you were a buyer.
Not necessarily.
The volume of sales, on average, is probably down an average of 25-30% in the city of Boston and in the state, overall.
Unfortunately, the inventory level is down that much, as well.
