Banker & Tradesman is reporting that the TD BankNorth Garden will be renamed, sometime in 2009.
The renaming is due to the banking concern’s rebranding as “TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank”.

The public record shows that New England Patriots’ QB/QT Tom Brady has sold his Back Bay condominium home for $5,285,000.
The star quarterback bought the Commonwealth Ave home, in the historic Burrage Mansion, in the off-season, 2004, paying $4,125,000.

New England Patriots’ Quarterback Tom Brady’s girlfriend, Gisele Bundchen (that was a mouthful) has apparently dropped the list price on her Manhattan pied-a-terre.
