According to MLS data in the month of October 438 residential properties sold. The least expensive was 38 Caybourne Street #2 a three bedroom in Dorchester that sold for $42,500.00. The most expensive was at 257 Commonwealth Avenue, Back Bay that sold for $5,425,000.00

The Globe is out today with an update on third-quarter sales in downtown Boston.
