Buying a Boston Condo in the Winter 2018
Its a common belief, that putting your Boston condo on the market for sale during the spring market is the best time for obtaining offers. The logic is that there will be more Boston condo buyers in the spring compared to the cold Boston’s winters. However, The National Association of Realtors that measures foot traffic conflicts with this logic.
According to the latest Foot Traffic Report, buyer traffic is greater now, in the winter, than it was during last year’s spring market and there are more buyers out now than at any other time in the last five years.
