South Boston looks ripe for redevelopment
Boston Homes has an interesting article this week on the “hot” new neighborhood developing in South Boston, just over the bridge from the South End, near the Broadway subway stop.
If you like the idea of being in a new neighborhood and of feeling the excitement as things change and develop around you, then this is the area for you. If you like the idea of looking out at auto-body shops, train depots, and major interstate highways, ditto.
