And 15 under contingent, meaning the contractual conditions have been completed, and the loans just need to be funded. as of January 11, 2018 11 Boston single-family/town homes have sold since January 1st, at an average sales price of $682,000. The most expensive was on Dartmouth Street in the Back Bay for $1,850,000
The Boston condo segment of the market is also moving briskly. There are 514 condos under agreement, and 39 under contngent. From January first til today 67 Boston condos have sold, at an average price of $828,963. The most expensive condo sold was 1723 Washington Street for $2,995,000.
