Mortgage loans increase

Mortgage rates jumped this week, from around 6.04% to 6.46%.
A change of .4% would increase a $417,000 loan from $2,510 to $2,624, about $124 bucks per month.

Waterside Place shrinks

There are two massive projects proposed for the Seaport District. There is John Hynes’ Seaport Square, and John Drew’s Waterside Place.
Seaport Square formally filed its proposal this summer; it plans on building in two or three phases, and Phase I is targeted for early next year, if approved.

Boston condo sales flat in third quarter

The Globe is out today with an update on third-quarter sales in downtown Boston.
