Price chopp– wait, what? Back Bay condo price raised $300k

A condo in the recently-completed Residences at the Mandarin Oriental has been listed on the resale market. The 10th-floor, 3,500+/- square foot corner-unit home has 3-bedrooms, 3 & 1/2 baths, and a fireplace, and comes with two parking spaces.

City of Boston enjoys crime holiday … mostly

A bit of good news to start off what may be a(nother) dreary day.
Crime in the city of Boston is down 12.4% from last year.

Breaking: Mass Congressmen kill bailout bill

The final tally in today’s $700 billion “bailout bill” was 205 votes for, 208 228 votes against.
A difference of three thirteen twenty-three votes.
Of the Massachusetts delegation, three Congressmen voted against the bill.
U.S. Reps. Stephen Lynch (South Boston), William Delahunt (Quincy) and John Tierney (Salem).
