Let the games begin! Fall real estate market in Boston
I don’t care if you think national housing prices are going down or the US economy is on the skids; I can say with uncertainty that right now, there just isn’t enough sub-$1 million condo inventory in the downtown Boston market.
If you’re considering a move, I think you can do well, if you price your property right and if you make it look good.
If you’re a buyer, don’t rush, but make sure you have everything all set (pre-approval, mainly) before you go out shopping. Have a budget in mind in general and a final price firm in your mind before making an offer on a home.
