John Rosenthal and Mediate Management have proposed building a massive mixed-use project next to and above the Massachusetts Turnpike, off Brookline Ave and Beacon Street, in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood.
As proposed, the project will include four buildings, the tallest of which will be 23 stories. There will be 803,000 square feet in total; including 308 residences (may be apartments and/or condos), 479,000 square feet of commercial space and ground floor and first floor retail. There will also be two new garages for 1,290 cars.
The project is in the public review stage; construction would probably not commence until 2010.
