A 1400+/- square foot two bedroom originally priced at $649,000 is now $559,000.
Garage parking spaces are available for $40,000.
There are a total of 48 units in this complex; closings began in mid-July, so homes are available for immediate occupancy.
This is in the rapidly-changing West Broadway neighborhood, now home to several hundred condo owners, in the Court Square Press, Macallen, and 36 A buildings, among others.
If you plan on buying a home sometime this year, I’d add this to your list of potentials, and take a trip over, some Sunday, soon. (Actually, there’s an open house this Sunday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM.)
