FP3 heads toward completion; rentals available
It looks as though FP3, the new 92-unit development under construction in Boston’s Fort Point Channel neighborhood, is almost completed. I think closings are scheduled for this week or next, based on what I see in MLSPIN.
Several condos appear to have been purchased by investors; three units have come on the after-sale market as rentals.
* One bed, 1 1/2 bath, 3rd-floor, $2,500
* One bed, 1 1/2 bath, with 300-foot private terrace, $3,800
* Two bed, 2 bath, with 300-foot private terrace, $4,800
Several (many?) units remain available for sale, include a two-bed, two-bath 1,100+/- square foot, second-floor unit, for $569,000.
