I’m in Texas on business and picked up the local real estate magazine last night at dinner. I discovered a builder in Fort Worth that specializes in building what look like castles to me. “Fort Worth Castles.”
It’s 12,000 sq. feet in size and sold recently for about $3 million. For this price the buyer gets everything except a lot of land (1/3 acres only). In particular, check out the master closet.
