I’m not sure what your asking. Are you talking about the other post where I say that sales volume will never return to 2006, 2007 levels?
I don’t have to see sales volume at those levels in order to make a living. It certainly makes life easier if you have more buyers, that’s for sure. But with less sales, we’ll probably see less agents in the business. I think we’ve already seen plenty of people drop out, even as a couple of new agencies have opened. Mostly, agents just moving from one company to another.
Cream rises to the top. I’m in good shape.

I vote for the blue. The red one looks like the plastic houses from Monopoly. :)

Is the logo a tear shaped for a reason?
The color on the steps of the house draw too much attention. The type isnt relating well to the logo graphic.
