Loading ...Great list. I’m looking at using Redfin and with their fee structure for showings, its nice to have open houses available.
I’d like to see Fenway stuff listed on there as well, if it isn’t already.

JK, this is a great idea. Maybe put a link to it on the side so people can easily access it anytime? Is it a living web page that automatically updates, or do you have to manually do it?
Other things to list/format:
square footage
condo fees
taxes
ability to sort by # of bedrooms
ability to sort by street name
make column separator lines?
I realize space is limited, so some of these, as well as parking, outdoor space info, may not b practical.
Square footage would be a nice addition.
If one want to get really fancy:
1. Google Maps mash-up
2. Link to Zillow for each property
3. Link to City of Boston property tax records for each property
4. Link to the Registry of Deeds for each property
It is a manual process, so I’ll only do it once a week, on Fridays.
I may add it as a link, but it’s actually MLSPIN information that may be proprietary, so I’ll have to find out whether I can leave it “public”.
I figured people would want a Google maps mash-up. Possibly. Because it is manual, it would take a bit of doing, but I could probably leverage the code I wrote for the foreclosures map. Link to city and county site? Maybe. But, for open houses, may be overkill.
Condo fees and square footage would be possible - it doesn’t come on the MLS pages that I’m copying, so it would have to be manually entered. And, yes, sorting by # of bedrooms would be best, so I’ll see.
