There is a lot of useful information on my site, starting with the blog entries in the middle column. I update my site three or four times a day, so check back often.

On my site, you can search through all of the listings in the local Multiple Listing Service (MLSPIN) . If you wish to receive daily emails of new listings as they come on the market, sign-up today.

You can review news by topic, by clicking on any one of the "tags" or "categories". You can also review news in the archive, sorted by month. See details in the right-hand column.

If you are thinking of moving to Boston and want to learn more about each neighborhood and search through listings by neighborhood, choose a neighborhood from the table of contents, in the right-hand column.

Also, you can click through on links for more information of value to buyers and sellers.

If you click on the "new projects" link you can learn about all the new developments under construction and recently completed, throughout the city of Boston.

Please contact me for more information or to learn about how I can assist you as a buyer's agent or with selling your home.

….It’s post like these that bring down your blog. You have been removed from my RSS. What a worthless post.

Wow. Rick, you seem angry. Very angry.

What a shame to lose you.

The good thing about a blog, actually, the best thing, is that it is easy to skim through entries that don’t interest you. I post a large numbr of posts, each. As a result, not every post will be interesting to every person. I think, however, by and large, the vast majority of entries are useful and/or enlightening.

You miss the point of this post, perhaps others did, as well. I didn’t give much information.

The Kenmore Sq subway station has been under construction for several years. It never seems as if they are doing anything. Apparently they are, this is proof. Each of those tiles looks to be individually installed. That’s a lot of work on something that probably 99% of people won’t even notice.

But I did notice. I notice a lot of things that others don’t, in fact.

This is a photo of Boston, as it is today. That’s why it is important.

To put it in terms you might understand, **** ** **, ********.

    Yeah, I chickened out!

Perhaps Rick is just a frustrated Senior MBTA official. With all of the current woes of the Administration maybe he had no where else to vent. I enjoy Johns unique perspective on all things Boston. He has more insight into the day to day happenings of the city than anyone else I see out on the net.

not to brag about my interior design skillz, but those aren’t anywhere close to being subway tiles. traditionally, subway tiles are white, rectangular, nonbeveled, and perhaps porcelain. just like in nyc. perhaps rick is a prickly interior designer…

Ha ha. Probably, David. Funny, I thought it was the other way around, that the white tiles like in a bathroom were not “subway”. To me, “subway” is like what you see in NYC. I’ll take a photo, later today, since I’m down here.

    More like “kitchen” tiles?

Regardless, it might be the cynic in me, but I can’t imagine they will stay there, very long. They go all the way down the column to the floor .. very easy to knock off.
