Mr Brady completes a pass

Scoop:

The public record shows that New England Patriots’ QB/QT Tom Brady has sold his Back Bay condominium home for $5,285,000.

The star quarterback bought the Commonwealth Ave home, in the historic Burrage Mansion, in the off-season, 2004, paying $4,125,000.

Meanwhile, work continues over on Beacon Street, where he is renovating two investor units. As of now, one unit is under agreement (was scheduled to close yesterday, but didn’t); the other is still available, for $4.59 million.

Tracy Campion of Campion & Company Fine Homes Real Estate is Mr Brady’s broker.
