Bank of America came out with a no-cost mortgage loan program, earlier this year. Apparently, Washington Mutual has one of these, as well.

The Times gives a mini-review of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, in today’s paper.

Yesterday, I took a ride down to NYC on Amtrak. Along the way I started talking with someone from AJ Martini, a big Boston (and now, Miami) construction contractor. So, apparently some people are having trouble coming up with the money for their monthly mortgage loan payments.
What do we do about this?
