The Herald ran an article today about the OneFirst condo development, just over the Boston line, in East Cambridge.
The One First complex - an old Necco plant that’s undergoing conversion into 196 high-end units - combines new construction with a 1924 Art Deco structure and parts of several 19th century factory buildings.

Here is more sales data for 04/01 - 07/01, for the four years, 2004 - 2007.
Whereas the other data (below) covers just the downtown Boston real estate market, this data includes all reported sales in ALL Boston neighborhoods, but only includes one-bedroom units.

The subset (fancy word) is one bedroom units, between $0 and $999,000, in the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Bay Village, West End, North End, Leather District, Financial District, Waterfront, Theater District, Fenway, and Seaport District.
