My favorite new condo development: Jade, in New York City

I love this project.

Jade is a 57-unit condo conversion currently under construction in New York City, designed by the eponymous Jade Jagger (daughter of Mick and Bianca).
In a recent New York Times article, it was described as thus:

Seaport District redevelopment: new phase?

This is great news. Hopefully, things will start moving more quickly, down on the South Boston waterfront. Our grandchildren will be pleased!

Looking for an investment opportunity?

I like this one. You don’t often find a piece of land this big, in the middle of the city.
Traffic is a killer, in front of it, though.
