New development to rise on West Street, in Ladder District
The Boston Redevelopment Authority has announced it is holding a public meeting to discuss a developer’s plans to convert an already existing office building at 26-30 West Street into 32 residential condominium units, ranging in size from 700 - 1500 square feet.
The public meeting is at City Hall, on Wednesday, June 28th, at 5:30 PM.
The public record shows that the property was previously owned by Oxfam America (where’d they go?), and bought by the current owner in November, 2005, for $7,800,000.
