It’s easy enough to find a mortgage loan calculator online, but sometimes you want to play with all the numbers.
And, now you can.
Here’s a spreadsheet you can use to estimate your monthly mortgage loan payment.
You can change the purchase price, downpayment, and interest rate (fixed-rate only on this spreadsheet), plus add in estimated tax and condo fee payments.
