A new project has been announced for the South End, at 301-319 Columbus Avenue.
Details are sketchy, but it appears it will be called “The Bryant”, according to a banner across the front of a building at that address (to be torn down).

Hello.
I haven’t heard much about 360 Newbury, the luxury mid-rise conversion going on above the Virgin Records store, at the top of Newbury Street.
The listings aren’t in MLS, and I’ve never had a client interested in looking at it, I think mostly because of its location (congested) and limited appeal of living over commercial space. [...]

I go through Dudley Square about once every two weeks.
During the day, it’s very busy. Lots of stores full of people, a very active MBTA bus stop.
