The Bryant - a new South End condo development
A new project has been announced for the South End, at 301-319 Columbus Avenue.
Details are sketchy, but it appears it will be called “The Bryant”, according to a banner across the front of a building at that address (to be torn down).
It will be a 9-story mixed use building with 50 residential units, including 5 affordable units. The building will have a brick façade (well, of course!) and will contain 83 parking spots.
Otis & Ahearn will be handling marketing and sales.
