Boston Real Estate Industry News, April 23, 2006

Let’s see if I keep up with this topic.

Over the past several months, a lot of real estate agents have left their old companies, and either joined up with new companies, or gone out on their own (ahem).

Here’s a run-down of what I know (if you see your name, and I’ve got it wrong, let me know).

To Keller Williams (from everywhere else)

Diane Davidson
Stephen Cohen (and … team (ugh))
Jennifer Gelfand
David McCarthy
Joe Godlewski
Mark Strickland

To Keller Williams from Coldwell Banker

Melissa Scher

To Keller Williams from Gibson Domain Domain

Patrick Lynch

From Coldwell Banker (?right?) to William Raveis

Randal Engelmann
Erik Gould

From Coldwell Banker to Neil Morris Fragrances

David (”Gart”) Garten

Of course, the big news is that one of the South End’s largest and most successful real estate offices will be closing its doors, May 1st.

Details to follow.
