The cost of a Back Bay parking space: $150,000, or more

For $150,000, you can buy a 2006 Hummer H1, a 2002 Bentley Arnage or a 1999 Lamborghini Diablo.
Or you can just buy a Back Bay parking space to put one in.
Prices for Hub parking spaces are hitting all-time highs.
