Average asking price: $669,405 (- $7,000)
Median asking price: $459,000 (- $8,000)
My opinion: Whoa! People. It’s a slow market. Why is everyone suddenly putting their properties up for sale. 225 new listings??? Maybe it’s all those Fidelity people selling before they move to Rhode Island. And North Carolina. And Puerto Rico.
