There is a seven condo building just being completed on Beacon Street, on the border of Boston and Brookline.

This is actually a new building, from the ground-up, but made to look like the other buildings on the block. Typical five-story Victorian brick, bow-front.

The condos have been listed for sale for about a half a year, but I think that’s only because they started advertising them, pre-construction.

Worth a look, maybe. Open House tomorrow, 12-4 PM.
