Neponset Place Condominiums - new development in Dorchester

Just got mail from the developer behind the Neponset Place Condominiums, located at 48 Coffey Street, in Dorchester.

Looks to be a condo conversion. Forty condos, 25 one-bedrooms (725 +/- square feet) and 15 two-bedrooms (925 +/- square feet).

Prices? Mmmm. $219,900 for one-bedrooms, $269,000 - $279,000 for two-bedrooms.

They took the time to put together a very nice marketing package. The property may be worth checking out.
