Fifty-four condo units to be built in Theater District

The Boston Redevelopment Authority has voted to sign an agreement with a developer to build a nine-story residential building in the Theater District. The building will replace a “temporary” ticket agency currently located there. It is at the corner of Stuart St and Tremont St.

Construction should begin next year.
