The PMI Risk Index people say that there’s a 53% chance that Boston housing prices will go down within the next two years. Wait, does that mean there’s a 47% chance prices will go up?

I have to say this about today’s new development, it’s about time someone built a nice condominium complex on Revere Beach. When you think about it, waterfront property has much appeal. Yet, so many seaside communities look like dumps (I’m thinking Salisbury Beach, for example).
