Total number of listings: 2033 (-5)
Average asking price: $709,008 (+ $6,000)
Median asking price: $499,000 (+$10,000)
Average $ / SF: $544 (+ $2)
Average days on market: 29 (+1)
My opinion: Not a lot of activity out there, not a lot of under agreements. Yet, even with a flurry of new listings, total number of listings stays pretty constant. Other stats stay pretty much the same.
